The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never collect the thing that matters most on a site like this — passport or travel-document data. That is a design decision, not a promise of convenience.
What we collect. If you use the contact form: the name, email and message you send. If you join the Portal-Open Alert: your email address, used solely to send the alerts described on that page. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, our form provider, to deliver your message to us by email.
What we never collect. Passport numbers, travel-document data, application details, payment information, or government identifiers of any kind. Please never send them; anything of the kind received is deleted unread.
The tools. The 90/180 calculator and the eligibility checker run entirely in your browser: trips and selections you enter are never transmitted to us or anyone, are not stored, and vanish when you leave the page.
Hosting & logs. The site is served by our hosting provider (Vercel), which processes standard technical request data (IP addresses, user agents) to deliver pages and maintain security, per its own policies. We run no advertising trackers.
Cookies. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.
Your rights. To have your email removed from the Alert list or your correspondence deleted, use the contact form or the unsubscribe link in any alert — removal is immediate.
